Here Is Our Story:
Brad & Katie started dating while in college at the University of Kentucky. A few years later, the couple tied the knot while living in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Two kids and about five years after that, out of their passion for home renovations and all things HGTV, they started a side hustle investing in real estate in 2016. Katie got her Real Estate License soon thereafter, and today they run one of Louisville’s premiere Real Estate sales teams, The Noe Group, while also owning and operating a small portfolio of rental properties, doing around 5-10 “fix-and-flip” homes each year.
From Prospect to PRP, as native Louisvillians Katie & Brad have seen and experienced it all and use their intimate knowledge of the local market, their mastery of social media and online marketing, and Katie’s keen sense of staging and design to offer their clients an unmatched level of service and skill.
